You might need your complete model code in order to buy an accessory or spare part for your appliance. But where can you find all of this information on your appliance?
You can find the serial number of your appliance, your model number, electrical information and much more, on the rating plate.
What is a rating plate?
All appliances sold on our website come with a rating plate.
A rating plate is a sticker or plate located on your appliances* which helps you identify your appliance and contains a lot of very useful information on your appliance.
*For Bosch, Siemens and Neff appliances a copy of your rating plate can also be found on the appliances passport*.

Where to find the rating plate?
Your rate plate (= a sticker or plate) is usually located either inside the door, on the back or side of your appliance.
Oven rate plates can most of the time be found on the inside of the door
Cooktop rate plates can most of the time be found underneath your hob
Rangehood rate plates can most of the time be found underneath the filter inside the hood
Dishwasher rate plates can most of the time be found on the inside of the door
Electric drawer rate plates can most of the time be found on the inside of the drawer door
Built-in espresso or coffee machine rate plates can most of the time be found on the inside of the machine
