In most cases, the warranty inquiries can be solved easily by following the instructions given by our European team via email. If we can't assist you via email, you'll need to contact your local technician to check and repair your appliances. Please note it is your responsibility to find a repair agent in your area. Once your appliance is working fine again, please email us a copy of your technician's invoice and we'll organise the warranty refund. Please note we reserve the right to refuse full payment if the repair amount seems unreasonable (for example when more expensive then the cost of your appliance).
