Warranty

To make a claim under our 60-day peace of mind warranty, please contact us via email info@ImportAppliances.com. You will be asked to provide us with - a detailed description of the issue (if possible email us a video or photo). - your invoice or order number - a photo of your appliances ID sticker Our appliances consultant team in Europe will examine all information received and provide you with a suggested solution. In most cases, the warranty inquiries can be solved easily by following the instructions given by our European team via email. If we can't assist you via email, you'll need to contact your local technician to check and repair your appliances. Please note it is your responsibility to find a repair agent in your area. Once your appliance is working fine again, please email us a copy of your technician's invoice and we'll organise the warranty refund. Please note we reserve the right to refuse full payment if the repair amount seems unreasonable (for example when more expensive then the cost of your appliance). If you're unsure about the repair quote, please email us a copy upfront to check if the claim will be 100% covered by the 60-day peace of mind warranty. An appliance replacement offer will be provided only if we have received sufficient information proving that the appliance is unrepairable. If you have any additional questions or concerns about the 60-day peace of mind warranty, please contact us. Read more
