What happens when something goes wrong?
As from May 15th 2020, all appliances sold by ImportAppliances come with a 60-day local peace of mind warranty in Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and New Zealand !
What is covered by the 60-day peace of mind warranty?
Warranty is limited to technical faults and will not cover damage due to wrong installation, misuse, accidental damage, etc. Warranty is usually also limited to personal use only. If you have any further questions or would like to request a repair, please send an e-mail.
We package all products extremely well, but damage during transport can happen. Please make sure you inspect the shipment for any visual damage upon delivery. Transport damage is not covered under warranty, but all goods are fully insured. Just contact us immediately in case of any damage. You can find more info on transport damage in our FAQ section.
